Relaybase helps businesses and developers assess email addresses using technical validation checks.

You must use Relaybase only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to Relaybase or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
• Circumvent security or access controls.
• Introduce malicious code or harmful material.
• Abuse, overload, or intentionally interfere with the validation system.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to compromise the validation engine.
• Use Relaybase for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities.

Some Relaybase features require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and should notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Relaybase is intended for users 13 years and older.

Relaybase processes submitted email addresses through its validation engine to assess factors such as:

• Email format and syntax;
• Domain and mail-server configuration;
• SMTP responses;
• Disposable email indicators;
• Catch-all behaviour; and
• Other technical signals.

Validation results are assessments based on available technical information. A validation result does not guarantee that an email will be delivered or that an address will remain valid.

You are responsible for deciding how you use validation results.

Submitted email addresses are processed for the purpose of providing validation results. Relaybase does not sell submitted email addresses or use them for marketing purposes.

Submitted addresses are not intended to be retained as permanent records. Where validation results are temporarily cached, they may be stored in protected or hashed form and automatically expire.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate rights or lawful basis to submit email addresses for validation.

Relaybase, including its software, technology, interface, branding, documentation, and underlying validation systems, belongs to or is licensed to Vusion Labs LTD.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, resell, or attempt to extract or reproduce Relaybase's underlying technology without appropriate authorisation.

You retain ownership of information you lawfully submit to the Service, subject to the rights necessary for Relaybase to provide the Service.

Relaybase may be updated, modified, temporarily suspended, or discontinued as the Service develops.

We do not guarantee that Relaybase will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every particular purpose.

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, investigate misuse, or comply with legal obligations.

Relaybase may use third-party services to support the operation, monitoring, security, or maintenance of the Service.

Our current service providers include Better Stack for analytics and error monitoring.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Your use of Relaybase is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information.

Relaybase provides validation results based on technical signals available at the time of validation. We do not guarantee that:

• An email address will remain valid;
• An email will be delivered;
• A validation result will always be accurate; or
• The Service will be available without interruption.

You use validation results at your own discretion and risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Relaybase and Vusion Labs LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service or reliance on validation results.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms as Relaybase develops, our practices change, or legal requirements change.

When we make changes, we will update the Last Updated date and may provide additional notice where appropriate.

Continued use of Relaybase after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Any dispute relating to these Terms shall be handled through applicable dispute-resolution mechanisms and courts of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria.
